光明磊落   *** 光明磊落的公民 從不會作奸犯科 言行舉止會慈祥 心安理得過日子	Aboveboard  *** An honorable citizen will never commit crimes.  His/ her action and choice of words will always show a kind heart and is a polite person too.  Such behavior will give him/ her peace of mind at all times.
