明眼人   *** 誰是君子或小人 大家心裡會有數 能保持君子風度 天知地知有人知	People with sharp eyes *** Almost everyone knows who is a gentleman or not.  As long as you remain as a gentleman, heaven, earth, and the people around you, will know it and appreciate it too.
以事論事   *** 辦事要以事論事 不應該以人論事 如果對方做得好 不妨誠意讚一句	Focus on substance not people  *** Always focus on substance not on people.  If the other party does a good job, there is no harm in offering a few words of praise.
