傷心往事莫再提
愈提只㑹愈傷心
放下傷痕㑹開心


Don't mention it again  *** 

Let bygones be bygones.  Don't mention any unpleasant past events.  The more you remind yourself the sadder you become.  Why don't you let it go and you will be happier.

甜蜜往事  ***

日憂夜慮更煩躁
憂慮其實無補事
試回憶甜蜜往事
可重拾開朗心情


Sweet memories  ***    

Worrying day and night makes you more irritable.  In fact, worrying doesn't help anything.  It may make things worse.   Why don't you spend time in thinking of the past sweet times?  It may help relieve you from your sadness and make you happier.
