出人頭地  *** 如果想出人頭地 先做好準備工夫 盡量去發揮潛力 定可以馬到功成	Above others ***     If people want to be ahead of others,  they should better prepare themselves and leverage their potential to help them move to be above others.  If people are willing to do so, they will be able to achieve their goals.
