一時心軟 *** 只因為一時心軟 未明事情真與假 便隨便許下諾言 吃虧一定是自己	Beware of impulses  *** Beware of impulses.  Don't be misled by them.  Don't make any promises before you find out all the facts, otherwise you will be deceived and regret what you did.
顧全大局  *** 不是歡喜怎樣做   就隨便怎樣去做   凡事要顧全大局   為眾人利益著想	Do it for the benefit of all *** It is not the proper way to do your job if you don't follow procedure but do it the way you like it done. You need to think of the benefit of the rest of the group; not just your own.
