惜福  ** 受人恩惠不知恩 不知恩怎可報恩 等於是身在福中 卻不知道去惜福	Treasure what you have ** If you don't know you are receiving favors from others, how can you repay people 's favors?  This is similar to if you don't appreciate what you have, how can you treasure what you possess and enjoy them.
感恩知足  ** 活在現實生活中 每一天只知埋怨 其實真果是苦嗎 感恩知足會快樂	Appreciation and contentment **  When people live in this world, there are some who complain about life everyday.  Is life really that bitter?  When people are satisfied with what they have, happiness will surround them.
