試找一兩個笑話
與家人大笑一場
齊齊開心過一天


Big laughter **  

When was the last time you had a big laughter?  Try to search for a couple of jokes.  Share them with your family members.  Let everyone have a big laughter and enjoy a day happily together.

有哭有笑  **

有哭有笑是平常
哭泣發洩是正常
但不要保持太久
盡快忘掉傷心事

Laughs and tears  **  

It is common to have laughs and tears.  Letting your tears out is a normal expression of your sadness.  But don't keep your sad emotion for too long.  The sooner you forget about the event, the better.
