不想被痛苦困擾
視痛苦一種學程
視它為特殊教材
了解自己多膚淺
了觧自己多脆弱
勇敢來面對接受
才不會變成悲劇
不讓沮喪滲入心
Don’t Be Depressed
Don’t let painful experiences bother you. View it as an opportunity to learn. Treat it as training exercise. Try to understand yourself and realize your own strength. Be brave to accept reality. Don’t turn it into a tragedy. Don’t let it get to you and make you depressed.

你的想法和才能
每一刻都在改變
要重新評估自己

The New You
Every day, you are new to yourself. You have new ideas and new ability. You are changing every minute. Therefore, you need to re-evaluate yourself periodically. Relax and keep an open mind, let your ability grow every day. Demonstrate your potential and be a new person.
