改掉個人壞習慣
須要恆心和耐力
想盡辦法除惡習
如果須要顧問時
勿讓自尊心阻路
求救不會是丟臉
而是表現有誠心
別人會樂意幫助
Get rid of bad habits
If you want to get rid of a bad habit, you must have patience and perseverance. If you have done everything possible to get rid of your bad habit but fail; perhaps it is time to seek for external assistance. Don’t let your ego stand in the way. Seeking help does not mean losing face. On the contrary, it shows you are sincere in trying to get rid of the bad habit and other people will then be more willing to help you.

今日煩事已不少
何必還要憂明天
無人能預料將來
或者明天會更好
做好今天為上策
明日之憂明日事
到了明天才再算
最好信明天會好
Tomorrow will be a better day
Today, you have enough work to keep you busy. Why worry about tomorrow? No one knows what will happen in the future. Maybe tomorrow is a better day. Therefore, focus on today and make it a happy day. Let tomorrow’s worries, if any, be on the to-do list. Just tell yourself with confidence that tomorrow is going to be a better day.
