老闆的期望
老闆不期望頂撞
願與員工有默契
幫老闆排憂解難
平時少製造麻煩
多些給同事幫助
困難時自動出手
替老闆克服困難
分擔部分的責任
A boss's expectation
A good boss doesn’t want to see dissension within his/her staff. He/she wants to have mutual understanding that his/her staff will help him/her overcome problems when needed. He/she doesn’t want to see his/her staff make troubles in the office, but automatically and willingly to offer help to everyone when needed. The best behavior is to take responsibility, and to share the responsibility for solving problems for their boss.

拿出來幫助老闆
為老闆排憂解難
老闆會格外器重
還會是格外感激
Excavate information
It is a good habit to excavate information and save it for future use. Learn from the excavated information to enrich your personal knowledge. With continued enriching your knowledge, you can be an outstanding person among others and you can use your knowledge to help your boss solve problems. Such behavior will make your boss think highly of you. He/she will also be thankful that you help him/her solve his/her problem.
