保持平靜
當跌谷底的時候
說一句以苦為樂
或可以重拾快樂
其實是沒有可能
此時怎可以作樂
但至少保持平靜
平静雖不等於樂
但有復元的能力
Be calm
When someone is at his/her lowest point of life, he/she can’t really turn a bad situation into something positive in a short period of time. Under such a condition, the best thing to do is to be calm. Although being calm is not the same as being happy, at least, being calm allows you to manage the situation without making it worse. You then have a better chance to turn it around in the near future.
心靈的創傷
最危險的是甚麼
怕是心靈的創傷
創傷帶來的痛苦
不單只慘無天日
影響受害者健康
而弄到失去食慾
到頭來百病叢生
這是完全不值得
Being hurt is a sad thing
What’s the most dangerous thing that can happen to anyone? It is being hurt by someone whom you love is the saddest thing. Such act brings in nothing but pain. It is not only that, it can affect one’s health. Such a disturbance causes people lose their sleep, and their appetite, ending up being seriously ill. That is not totally worth it.
