衝勁***

新人在老闆眼中
最寶貴特質之一
就是一定有衝勁
雖專業知識不夠
實務經驗也有限
只要肯拼肯用心
有衝勁可造之才
其他都可以鍛鍊

Impulse***

As a new member of the staff, the most precious thing you can demonstrate in front of your boss is your strong impulse. Although you may not have the required professional knowledge and your practical experience is limited, you should show that you are a focused person and have a strong desire to work well. Your boss will then think you have good potential and will be willing to provide you with training.

懷才***

懷才不遇不算奇
懷才要懂得表現
才可以被人發現
才可以被人賞識
表現才華像懷孕
時間久了便顯出
到時貴人看得出
那愁沒有人賞識

Cherish your talent***

It is common that one's talent is not being recognized immediately. Sometimes even if you have talents, you need to find opportunities to demonstrate your potential. Only then will your talent be discovered and recognized. Having talents is like being pregnant. Over a period of time the pregnancy will show and people will discover it. You don't have to worry that no one recognizes it.
