貪得無厭***

貪得無厭的行為
是不會受人歡迎
連自己也難開心
細心去想深一層
擁有過份的貪婪
又怎能容易滿足
滿足未達到之前
又怎會開心愉快

Being insatiably greedy***

Nobody welcomes anyone who is insatiably greedy even he, himself, finds it difficult to be happy. If you think carefully, how can you be satisfied if you are excessively greedy? The reason why you are not happy because you can't be happy unless all your greed is fully satisfied.

人上人***

道德完備的賢良
一定會心胸寬容
能忍能讓能饒人
心地善良去對人
從來不利己傷人
對上對下能做到
和睦一致地相處
可算得是人上人

Top notch person***

A gentleman possessing good morals surely has a big heart. He can endure adversity. He certainly is capable of giving in a little and forgiving a little. With such an attitude, he will never do anything to hurt anyone. He definitely gets along well with people above and below him. He definitely can be called a top notch gentleman.
