責任感***

工作不只是謀生
而應是一種責任
責任感來自內心
而不是為了謀生
更不是為了升職
或者為討好老闆
只有保持責任感
才表現得更卓越

Sense of responsibility***

Working is not for the sake of making a living. It comes with a sense of responsibility but it has to come from your innermost being. It is not about making money, nor is it about promotion. Definitely it is not for purposes of flattering your boss. Only if you have a true sense of responsibility, then you will be able to perform remarkably.

當機立斷***

能做大事的人才
辦事會當機立斷
决不會拖泥帶水
更不可能慢吞吞
一定能夠拿得起
而且可以放得下
從來不荒廢時光
才可作轟烈之事

Make the right decision at the right time***

A capable person knows when to make the right decision at the right time. They will not procrastinate and do a sloppy job. Nor will they slow down. They are capable of picking up a task easily and show no hesitation to let it go if need to be. They never waste any time. With such an attitude, they definitely can perform an outstanding job.
