容易疲倦***
如感覺容易疲倦
每天都很容易累
這是有病的先兆
不可以不加理會
首先問一問自己
是否心情不愉快
是否工作壓力大
對症下藥才有效

If you feel tired easily and this happens daily, it is an indicator that you may be sick. Don’t ignore this situation. Ask yourself whether there is anything that bothers you; what might have caused you to become unhappy or are you having stress from work. Once you find out the answers, take appropriate action to deal with the situation.

留意飲食的習慣
多吃生果多渴水
每天要早起早睡
忙極也要做運動
遇到壓力侵擾時
運用深腹式呼吸
把精神鬆弛下來
Get medical help as soon as you can***
Get medical help as soon as you discover you are sick. Pay attention to your daily diet. Eat more fruits and drink more water. Get up early and retire early at night. Breathe deeply when faced with stress. Relax and keep up a good spirit.
