真誠待人 ***

溝通要真誠待人
溝通缺乏了真誠
一切都變得虛偽
那就是沒有意義
溝通要互相融合
而且要上下團結
能做到彼此了解
便可以和藹共處

Treat people sincerely ***

All communications must be honest; otherwise, they become a meaningless conversation. People can tell whether you are speaking the truth or not. False statements will make people lose faith in you. Communication is a two way road. You must try to keep everyone above you and below you in sync. Only if you can get everyone understands each other, will you be able to keep a peaceful atmosphere among the people around you.

溝通要修養 ***

溝通是以和為貴
而不是指責錯誤
最好能多些讚美
溝通要注重語調
先傾聽然後表達
表達之時要委婉
極力避免有對抗
才能得別人理解

Good communication requires efforts ***

One of the main purposes of communication is to maintain peace. Communication is not meant to be used to point out other people’s faults. It is better used to praise people. Good communication requires efforts on your part. You need to be careful as to how you use your tone of voice to express yourself. It is even better if you listen carefully before you speak. Try to be tactful and avoid any conflicts throughout any conversation. If you can do that, you will get people to better understand you.
