41. Relax ***
Sometimes, your morale is low and you feel depressed. Your mood is disturbed to the degree that you can’t sleep well, leaving you red-eyed and un-rested. Don’t let depression affect your health. Learn to let go of any unhappy feelings and look at the bright side of things. Use the same attitude when dealing with people. Then, you’ll feel relaxed.
42. 白紙力量 ***
心情低落的時候
試試寫滿幾張纸
把所經歷的挫折
以及內心的矛盾
盡情訴於白纸上
這樣可淡化哀愁
內心温柔會重生
慢慢把悲傷忘掉
42. The power of a piece of white paper ***
When you are down, write down your feelings on a piece of white paper. Write as much as you can about all of your unanticipated unhappy events. This way, you may be able to reduce your stress, get rid of your sorrow and ultimately regain your spirit and forget about the unhappy events.
