Don’t be pessimistic because you are sick. There are many advantages by having a positive attitude. It not only makes you happy, it affects your health and gives you courage to overcome your sickness. It is even better for your health if you can rest early and get up early. But remember excessive sleep is no good for your health because it may make you tired.
