快樂不是名與利
也不是物質享受
也不是一種娛樂
快樂是來自內心
是內心一種財富
人有權選擇快樂
在乎態度是怎樣
保持樂觀定快樂

Choose happiness ***

Happiness does not come from fame and wealth. Material comforts do not guarantee happiness. Happiness is not an entertainment. It has to come from within. It is a kind of wealth buried inside your heart. People have the right to choose happiness. It all depends on their attitude. If they maintain a positive attitude, they will be happy.

活得輕鬆 ***


無論環境是怎樣
生活無憂當然好
但不代表是快樂
但能夠接受現實
就算環境是惡劣
心情也會是開朗
生活會過得輕鬆
快樂也會隨身來

A relaxing life ***

Regardless what the environment is, being worry-free, of course, is good, but it doesn't guarantee happiness. On the contrary, if you are willing to accept reality, even if the environment is bad, you may still be cheerful. You still can relax and live happily.
