應付痛苦***

怎樣去應付痛苦
心理反應很重要
只要不怨天尤人
做到心裡無怨恨
痛只不過只是痛
並不一定會是苦
苦與不苦之差別
全賴個人的心態

How to deal with your pain***

What is the best way to deal with your pain? The psychological response is a very important factor. If you stop blaming others for adversity and get rid of any hatred inside you, you will feel less pain. Even if you feel the pain, it is only painful but it is not a bitter feeling. How painful and how bitter you feel depends on your attitude.


不折磨自己***

往事只可以回味
不用來折磨自己
痛楚往事要忘記
開心往事要常記
心情低落的時候
回憶快樂的日子
或可以改變心情
重拾開朗的心態

Don't torture yourself***

Let the past be in the past and don’t use it to torture yourself. You must let go of the painful experience but you can choose to remember your past happy events. Remember the next time when you encounter adversity, try to recall the happy events and you may be able to change your attitude and see the bright side of things.
