天未必主宰一切
許多事由人决定
因此要提高智慧
平時多閱讀書本
提高自己的技能
提高辦事的效果
除此以外還需要
提高自己的品德

Who controls everything?

It isn’t fate that controls everything. It is you, as a person, that controls your own destiny. Therefore, you must learn to enlarge on your wisdom. You can study books to improve your skills and the effectiveness of your performance. In addition, you must work on developing a good personality.


大家都得益***

人的能力是有限
工作上要靠同事
不應有驕傲態度
最好能親如兄弟
不應該擁有成見
大家能分工合作
辦事時互相支持
結果大家都得益

Everybody benefits

Everybody has limits. Therefore, you must work together with your colleagues as a team. There is no need to be arrogant; rather you should work as if you are brothers. Let go of your prejudices and you will be able to work cooperatively. Offer a hand when needed. This way, everyone benefits from this kind of working relationship.
