職業道德***

職業道德是甚麽
那就是敬業愛業
做事要有責任感
執事要盡心盡力
而且一定要專心
恆心一定不可無
若然真沒有恆心
甚麼事也辦不成

Professional ethics***

What are professional ethics? The simple answer is to love and respect your job. Be a responsible person and always put in your best effort in whatever you do. Moreover, be focused on and wholly-absorbed in your work. In addition, maintain a habit of perseverance, without which, you won’t be able to complete the job.

一個領導者***

作為一個領導者
不可以厚此薄彼
工作要分配均勻
而且要賞罰分明
一定要知人善用
上下之間要團結
大家要和平共處
才可以職業興旺

A good leader***

A good leader shouldn’t play favorites and shouldn’t discriminate against people. Always give assignments in a fair way and be impartial in administering rewards and punishments. Certainly know how to use talents wisely. Work to create a friendly and cooperative environment. Everyone will feel comfortable working for such a good leader. Their department will be a good contributor to the company.
