争鋒要明智***

職場争鋒要明智
如對方處於佳狀
此時不應該争鋒
硬拼只能是小勝
不可能會成全勝
此時應避就要躲
能做到機靈避禍
才可保命不該絕

Use your brain to win***

In a work-place, use your brain to fight for what you want. If your opponent is in a good shape, this is not the right time to fight. If you barge ahead, even if you win, it is going to be a victory with no significance. You really can’t win the big battle. Perhaps you should consider avoiding the battle temporarily and try to stay alive.


合群的精神***

個人力量是有限
一定要廣羅人才
而且要知人善用
要做到修己愛人
保持合群的精神
謹記著己所不欲
一定要勿施於人
才可以贏得人心

Have a good spirit to get along well with people***

Any individual’s capability is limited. Therefore you need to hire good people. Make good use of their talents. Most important of all, you have to demonstrate you are not selfish. Develop the spirit to get along well with people. Remember whatever you don’t like, don’t impose it onto others. If you can do that, you will get the support and win the hearts of others.
