As long as people have confidence and a desire to engage in self-improvement, they will always have hopes even when faced with setbacks. They will not be afraid of devoting time and labor to address any kind of troubles. They will fight till the end and believe that they will succeed in the end.

便可免無謂磨擦
大家可和諧共處
日久會互相體諒

Methods of communication ***

The best method of communication is to be gracious and gentle. If you are patient with people, you can avoid any needless misunderstandings. Also you can get along with people harmoniously, and be able to resolve any conflicts among yourselves.
