寬恕 ***

為了別人犯的錯
而弄到生氣憤怒
心情沒法能平靜
這樣做法值得嗎
何不嘗試去寬恕
原諒傷害你的人
你會覺得舒服些
會走出憤怒陰影

Forgiveness ***

Don’t let other people’s mistakes bother you, and make you angry, resulting being incapable of maintaining a tranquil mood. It is totally not worth it. Although you are being hurt, why don’t you attempt to forgive other peoples’ mistakes? You will feel better if you do that. Your anger will eventually go away.

誰個受苦 ***

既然傷害已造成
內心仍然存報復
又或者懷恨在心
長期回憶傷心事
對此事不肯放手
受苦的人會是誰
不是傷害你的人
而是你自己受苦

Who suffers? ***

Although the injury is done, you want to retaliate, or continue to keep anger inside you. You have a tendency to constantly remind yourself about this injury, and don’t want to forget about it. Guess who will suffer more? It isn’t the one who caused the injury. It is you -- who cannot forget such an experience – that suffers the most.
