經過了七年堅強與卵巢癌病魔的作战，我愛戀的妻子，陳袁焯華，在2012年2月3 日下午一時三十一分安寧離開她心愛的丈夫，兒子、二個女兒、兒媳、女婿和一個孫女兒。 她對家庭和丈夫無微不至的關懷是我們一生難忘。她一生的勞心勞力為我們健立一個充满愛的家庭。 在我們的心中她永遠是一個好妻子和一個好母親。

地址：世界殯儀館 三樓 明德堂
時間：下午五時三十分
至晚上十時三十分
5:30pm 接待親友拜祭
6:30pm 主家宣讀弔念詞及答謝親友
7:30pm 開檀 – 做法事
10:00pm 化寶

Special Announcement **

After fighting against her ovarian cancer for over 7 years, my loving wife, Juliana Chan, has left us in peace on Feb 3, 2012 at 1:31pm with a husband, a son, two daughters, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law and a grand daughter. She devoted her whole life to her family with love. We will never forget what she has done for us. She will always be remembered as a good wife and a good mother.
