The feeling of happiness comes from your heart. Treat your heart with care. If you are grateful for what you receive, you will feel tranquility. If you persevere in what you do, and remain connected to people, you’ll have more compassion for people and will be willing to forgive their shortcomings. The peace you derive from this will make you feel safe and satisfied with your life.

帶病當然唔好受
日夜苦思無補事
何不對自己說聲
日日是個好日子
月月也是個好月
只要是我人還在
有醫生長期醫治
健康日子會重來
78. Every day is a good day ***
Being sick is definitely painful but there is no need to be sad at all times. Why don’t you remind yourself that every day can be a good day and every month can be a good month? As long as you are still alive and have a doctor to take care of your illness, your healthy days will soon return.
