Reserve half an hour everyday for meditation. During this period,
forget yourself but focus on being calm. If you practice this daily, it
will enhance your wisdom, make you more open-minded, improve your
decision-making process and inspire you to have the ability to perform

Compassion ***
Everyone has a compassionate
side. Don’t be tempted by expensive possessions and let go of your
compassion. Instead show your compassionate heart and offer a hand
to do things for the benefit of everyone. Be a good-hearted citizen and
participate in charity work. Contribute something to your
community.
