以柔取勝 *** 如果想出人頭地 雖然是力量十足 切忌剛健勇上前 最好是以柔取勝 先打好人際關係 和藹地與人合作 先獲得眾人支持 會容易有機上位	Winning with a gentle approach *** If you want to get ahead, you cannot rely   entirely on your sheer strength.  Also you should avoid using forceful, brutal approaches.   The best method is to use a gentle approach.  First build good interpersonal relationships with people. Work cooperatively and peacefully with them.  Get the group’s support, and then you will be able to move ahead.
理直氣壯 *** 做事要理直氣壯 千萬不可以猶豫 猶豫幹不成大事 重點於目標多少 但不能太多太亂 目標定後要起路 上路前做好準備 清楚走那一條路	Being righteous *** Whatever you do, you must maintain a sense of justice. Once you decide to do something, don’t hesitate.  Hesitation doesn’t lead to any major achievements.  What is more important is to focus on goals.   Goals can’t be too many and too messy.  Once goals are set, take the first step quickly.  Make sure you have good preparation, then, you will know which way to go.
