Joy and sorrow  ***

Everyone has days of joy and sorrow. People should control their emotions so as not to be overjoyed, and lose their senses during joyful days, and should not get angry or upset during days of sorrow.  This ability, to control emotions, is a good way to keep a healthy body.

No one knows the result ***

Don’t despair when caught in a disaster.  Don’t be overjoyed when luck comes your way.  No one really knows what the ultimate result is going to be.  There is a Chinese saying that, when you lose a horse, you may not know whether it is a blessing or not.  It   is always better to go with the flow.  If you do that, you will feel relaxed.
