現實 *** 有時要面對現實 世界的確不公平 人情冷暖難預料 不如意事常八九 日憂日慮又如何 憂慮不可解難題 只有積極和樂觀 事情才可有灣轉	Reality ***  Sometimes we have no choice but to face reality.  It is necessary to admit that the world can sometimes be cold and may not be fair to everyone.  It is difficult to predict people's behavior.  It is common that eight or nine events out of ten may not turn out as you wish.  Worrying about them day and night isn't going to solve the problem.  The only way to turn a bad situation around is to be both energetic and optimistic.
逆境 *** 逆境並不是罪過 毋須一定要恐懼 更無須自加壓力 弄到憂鬱成疾病 逆境並不是天賜 只要自己有信心 肯勤力努力奮鬥 定可以打到逆境	Adversity ***  Adversity is not a sin.  There is no need to be afraid to face adversity.  Definitely there is no need to apply more pressure to yourself, otherwise you may end up being depressed. Adversity isn't sent to you by heaven.  All you need to beat adversity to death is to first have confidence in yourself that you can be strong and struggle through it. You can do it.
