做個有感情的人
讓感情自然流露
不要控制和掌握
愉快時高聲狂笑
傷心時淚水直流
憤怒時就大聲叫
生氣就要説出來
受恩就要說多謝

People who have feelings ***
People should not hold onto their feelings and hide them inside themselves. They should let them out. When you are exceedingly happy, you can laugh loudly. When you feel sad, it is OK to shed your tears. When you are angry, shout. Let your words be heard. When you are being helped, don’t forget to say “Thank You.”

如果想心情開朗
念熟句得其所哉
有人取笑你之時
說一句得其所哉
有人欺負你之時
也說句得其所哉
有人指責你之時
都說句得其所哉

You got what you wanted ***
If you want to feel cheerful, remember the following common phrase: “You got what you wanted.” When someone is making fun of you, quietly whisper your familiar phrase to yourself: “You got what you wanted.” When someone is bullying you, say your familiar phrase again. When someone accuses you of something you didn’t do, say it again. You got what you wanted.
