睡眠好習慣 ***

個人睡眠好習慣
要以健康為中心
睡眠要足八小時
睡前三小時不吃
也不應該喝咖啡
睡前不糊思亂想
保持清靜才去睡
不要等累才去睡

Good sleeping habits ***

To maintain good health, one must have good sleeping habits.  Everyone needs eight hours of sleep.  Stop eating anything three hours before going to sleep.  Avoid drinking coffee in the evening.  Don’t spend time thinking too intensely of things before going to bed.  Make sure to keep your mind clear and calm.  Go to sleep at regular hours and don’t wait until you are over-exhausted before you go to bed.

失眠是一種苦事
轉輾反側沒法睡
用盡辦法未能睡
試聽支柔和音樂
或者試閱讀書本
又或者合上眼睛
為家人默默祝福
或可助你早入睡

Insomnia ***

Insomnia is a grind.  It makes you toss and turn, not allowing you to sleep.  Even though you have exhausted all possible approaches, you still fail to sleep.  Under this condition, try listening to soft music, reading a book or closing your eyes and silently praying for your family members.  If you try these approaches, they may help you fall asleep.
