組織的興旺 *** 組織的興旺發達 絕不可能靠一人 須依靠多種人才 才可創造出成績 作為一個領導者 一定要知人善用 讓人人發揮潛力 合作提高生產力	The rise of an organization *** The success of an organization does not depend on one person alone.  It requires the combination of all different talents to make it a success.  As an effective leader, one must know how to use and put them in the proper positions to allow them to demonstrate their potential.  Only through harmonizing all of these talents can productivity be enhanced.
一個領導者 *** 身為一個領導者 定要做個好榜樣 首先不與人爭鋒 也不與同僚爭寵 更不應與人爭功 有功要大家分享 要做到公正分明 立得直而行得正	An effective leader *** As an effective leader, one must be a model of good behavior.  He/she should not contend with others.  Nor does he/she fight for favors from above.  Definitely he/she should not claim all credit for himself/herself.  He/she must share credit with others and treat people in a fair way.  His/her behavior must demonstrate fairness in all areas.
