個人的天資才華
其實是一種財富
永遠在別人眼中
是有價值的存在
有時被人利用了
未必不是件好事
如果是無人問津
才真正是件悲事

Talent ***

Everyone’s talent is, in fact, one’s personal wealth. Such talent always has its value in other people’s eyes. Sometimes if you feel you have been used because of your talent, don’t feel bad about it. After all, it may not be a bad thing. At least, someone recognizes your talent and takes advantage of it. You should only feel bad if no one notices your talent.

問心無愧 ***

不要為別人而活
不浪費精神活力
去應付別人評價
人要有個人理想
定要走自己之路
只要仰不愧於天
只要俯不愧於人
問心無愧已足夠

Have a clear conscience ***

Do not live for others. Don’t waste your energy dealing with other people’s view of yourself. You should have your own view of how to live your own life. When you walk the road of life, have a conscience which can be blessed by heaven and, whatever you do, you should not hurt anyone. As long as you have a conscience, you should be satisfied with your view of life.

Society ***

How steady and healthy your society is entirely dependent on the behavior of its citizens. If the citizens have a high moral standard, it will be a warm and friendly society. If they have a high standard of education, it will be a society that will benefit from science and technology. If every citizen has a steady job and stable income, it will be a peaceful and secure society.

衡量收成有多少
重新許個新目標

Treasure what you have ***

Life is full of labor and pain. Why are you living in this world? You will soon realize that you live for happiness. If you are happy, your life will be meaningful. Happiness is to treasure what you have today. Share the joy of what you have with your friends and relatives. Don’t wait until what you have is gone, then you will have nothing but regrets.

既然今日我還在
努力做到好為止
盡點做人的責任
留下光榮的歷史
趁有精神好做事
不可浪費好日子
不要灰心和失意

I am still alive ***

While I am still alive, I must work diligently to better myself. I should carry out my responsibilities and leave behind an admirable legacy. While I am still healthy, I should do the things I like and do well. I shouldn’t waste any time and should remember to deal constructively with any setback in my life. I shouldn’t be discouraged by such setbacks. I should have confidence and look forward to a bright future.

為了要憤怒別人
天天沒好日子過
這樣做人值得嗎
莫忘傷害你的人
未必承認會有錯
你又何必要激氣
寬恕別人是好事
至少自己會好過

Why must you exhibit violent anger? ***

Because of your anger, you give up the tranquility of the day. Is it worth it? Don’t forget that the person who made you angry may not admit that they have done anything wrong. If so, why should you be angry? Why don’t you forgive a little? At least such a forgiving attitude will make you feel better.

一個微笑的鼓勵
一個輕輕的拍肩
一個熱情的握手
可代表一番善意
可給人溫暖感覺

Warm feeling ***

With such an experience you will be able to handle any difficult jobs and solve any complex problems.

Life has ups and downs ***

Life has ups and downs. When an individual faces adversity, one should not be depressed. On the contrary, one should have confidence and a strong will. As long as anyone who is patient, will see brighter days. When an individual is wealthy, one should not be arrogant but be courteous and modest. Anyone who behaves like this will be welcome by everyone.

希望 ***

希望永遠在人間
做人要滿懷希望
就算工作不順利
就算有人得罪你
無須要激到面紅
只要肯耐心等待
將來會時來運到
只差來早或來遲

Hope ***

Hope is eternal in this world. Everyone should have hopes, even though they may not find their job fruitful or someone has upset them. Under such circumstances, there is no reason to be extraordinarily angry. As long as they are willing to wait for a good opportunity. It is only a matter of time before such opportunity will come.
