真正的幸福 *** 人生真正的幸福 是有個溫暖之家 一家人互相關懷 有病時互相照顧 有喜事互相分享 有煩惱互相安慰 正所謂甘苦與共 才是真正的幸福	True happiness *** True happiness depends on having a warm and loving family.  You will experience true happiness if you have a family whose members care and love each other.   They take care of each other if anyone of the family members is sick.  They share both joy and sorrow.  They will comfort each other if anyone has any troubles.  Such a warm and loving family will bring you true happiness.
相處的原則 *** 夫妻相處的原則 理念一定要相同 否則會同床異夢 不可能生死與共 不可以夫唱婦隨 感情會愈來愈差 沒法子可以溝通 到頭來誤會重重	The principle of being together *** What is the main principle of being together as a happy couple?   A husband and a wife must have a common goal otherwise they can only be roommates living in the same bedroom.  Without a common goal, they cannot share both sadness and happiness for a lifetime.  Their relationship can only be worse and there is no way they can communicate with each other.  Ultimately they will end up with more misunderstandings.

送龍迎蛇 *** 轉眼團年飯已近 反省今年的運程 好境逆境已過去 痛苦的無須再記 是時候忘掉抺去 只記快樂的時光 把心情向好處想 送龍迎蛇賀新春	Farewell to the Year of Dragon and welcome the Year of the Snake  ***   Time goes so quickly that the traditional family year-end reunion dinner is approaching.  It is time to reflect this year’s wins and losses.  Whether there were good times and/or adversity, those life events have gone.  It is time to let go of them.  Remember only the happy times.  Be positive and only look at the bright side.  Say good-bye to the Year of Dragon and welcome the Year of the Snake.

一家人 *** 做人不應該淡漠 對家人互相關懷 互相尊敬和扶持 有難要閤家同心 共同去面對一切 正所謂有福同享 也不忘有禍同當 這才叫做一家人	Family members  *** We should not be cold to our family members.   We should show to each other our love and care.   We should mutually respect and support one another.  When faced with a setback, we should work together peacefully to deal with the situation.  Always remember that family members should go through thick and thin together.  Only if you do that, can you claim to be a family member.
與家人相處 *** 無論事業幾繁忙 也要與家人相聚 聊天哈笑齊渡日 享受一吓家庭樂 無論職業受多苦 不應帶怨氣回家 讓家人替你擔憂 才是愛的好表現	Spending time with your family *** No matter how busy you are, you should devote time to your family.  It is always enjoyable to be with your family.  Think of the laughter you can have with your family.  No matter how stressful your job is, don’t bring your office troubles home.  Don’t let them worry about you.  Such behavior is a good way to show that you love your family.

人生的路途 *** 個人的人生路途 全是自己掌握的 無論選擇那一條 就算是峰迴路轉 都要辛苦撐下去 不要沮喪要積極 不怕刀山和火海 定可以通山過海	The road of life   ***        Everyone’s personal road of life is controlled by oneself.   No matter what road you choose to take, you must continue to travel along it, even though the road has many turns.  You should not despair, but be   confident.  Don’t be afraid that you may have to face high mountains or stormy seas.   As long as you have courage, you will be able to cross mountains and seas.
心滿意足 *** 心滿意足最幸福 物質享受未必好 心安理得比較好 如長期追求物質 一定會被它腐蝕 迷失了善良一面 造出惡劣的行為 而弄到遺憾一生	Being content   ***      The happiest thing in life is to be content.  Material enjoyment is not necessarily a good thing.  Having peace of mind at all times may be a better thing to possess.  If you are forever in pursuit of material things, you ultimately will be corrupted, and end up corrupting the better side of you i.e. your kind heart.  You may fall victim to performing bad deeds, which you will likely regret for the rest of your life.

沒不勞而獲 *** 身穿雪白的襯衫 褲管筆直去上班 還要裝成菩薩相 迎上接下笑開牙 搵食其實唔容易 做人要明白這點 世上沒不勞而獲 肯工作定有回報	No free lunch *** People have to wear a white shirt and a pair of straight trousers to work and they need to pretend to be as kind as a Buddha.  Whenever they deal with any people in a workplace, they have to put on a smile too.   It shows that making a living isn’t easy.  If you recognize this, you will agree that there is no free lunch.  As long as you are willing to work hard, you will be rewarded.
細水長流 *** 要謹記細水長流 辦事要量力而為 不可過量去勞力 而弄到筋疲力盡 這不是一種明舉 反而會誤己誤人 當能力辦不到時 一定要呼籲請援	Steady water flow lasts longer *** Always remember steady water flow lasts longer.  This will remind you that when you work, you need to know your limit.  Don’t go over your limit.   Don’t work until you are totally exhausted.  This doesn’t do you any good.  It may hurt you and others as well.  Whenever you cannot handle the job, it is always best to ask for help.

職場的關注 *** 職場上大多數人 只關注你忙不忙 所忙的是否出色 有誰人真正關注 你工作得累不累 身體能否可應付 始終還是靠自己 自己關注好自己	What people care in a work place *** Most people in a work place are only interested in how busy you are and how splendid your work is.  No one really cares how tired you are and whether your health can cope with your workload.   Only you, yourself, should pay attention to your health and take good care of yourself.
簡單的小事 *** 做好一件簡單事 其實並不是簡單 可以是永不做完 理由是心態作弄 以為是簡單的事 故意拖遲才去做 沒把此事放在心 結果小事做不成	Simple task *** If you think that handling a simple task is easy, it may not be the case.  In fact, sometimes, you will find some of these simple tasks never get done. The reason is due to your attitude.  Since it is a simple task, you intentionally delay doing it and never get into your to do list. As a result, these tasks are never completed.
