天天多些吃水果

比如石榴和柚子

梨子和柿子等等

 Weather in  autumn can be dry, it is good to eat fruits every day like pomegranate, grapefruit, pears and persimmons, etc.

梨子是秋天水果

水份多而且帶甜

的確有生津止渴

清热化痰的功效


Pears.  *****


 Pears are autumn fruits. They are juicy and sweet.  Indeed, these fruits can quench thirst. It also has effect of clearing away body heat and reducing feeling dry.
