說話的技考   *** 多說些鼓勵的話 好過句句是諷刺 多說些讚美的話 好過事事要批評	Speaking skills *** Saying words to encourage people is better than using sarcastic words to disgrace people.  Saying more words of praise is better than continuously using critical words to arouse disputes.
批評   *** 如定要批評別人 也要為對方着想 避免令對方難受 絕對不公開批評	Criticism   ***  Even if you must criticize others, you still need to think of people's feelings.  Don't make them feel embarrassed.  Definitely don't criticize them in public.
