徵求反饋   *** 無論做什麼事情 一定要徵求反饋 弱點地方要改正 好的要做到更好	Ask for feedback   ***  No matter what you do, be sure to ask for feedback.  Always try to improve any weak area that has been identified.  Try to do better in those areas that are already good.
成果㑹良好   *** 辦事要有髙標準 標準可提昇思考 心態也積極起來 成果一定會良好	The results are good   *** Always maintain a high standard as a working habit.  Such a standard can enhance one's thinking power and make one feel more active.   Ultimately people will achieve good results.
