策略   *** 處於競爭的職場 凡事都要有策略 及早建立個勝策 公平競爭無須怕	Strategy *** In a competitive working market, people should have a strategy for whatever they do.   There is no need to be afraid of the competition.   The sooner people establish a strategy, the better they are in handling the competition.
以和為勝   *** 職場上競爭難免 千期不可以莽為 最好應付的政策 莫不如以和為勝	Making peace can be a victory  ***  It is inevitable to compete in a work place.  Don't blindly barge ahead to take action. Always have a strategy.    The best one is to make peace as your goal.
