愈弄愈糟   *** 雖然是為了公理 當時出口不擇言 強力去指責別人 這樣㑹愈弄愈糟	Making matters worse   ***   Although it is for the sake of justice, people get emotional, and say things to hurt others, and blame them for what has happened. Such a reaction can only make matters worse.
減少衝突   *** 凡事要想清想透 找出問題的來源 可減少無謂衝突 保持合作的精神	Reduce conflicts   ***   Look at things clearly and diligently. Find out the source of any problem. Doing this will reduce any unnecessary conflicts and enhance the spirit of cooperation.
