團結精神   *** 職場上各立門戶 多數人各有己見 結果是互相猜疑 沒法有團結精神	Solidarity *** In a working place, people have their own views which can lead to doubt among themselves.  Such an attitude will definitely be a barrier to solidarity in the work place.
事半功倍   *** 職場上互相合作 的確是良好精神 工作效率㑹提高 辦事會事半功倍	Double the efficiency rate  *** Being able to cooperate with each other is a good form of behavior.   Such behavior can increase the work efficiency.   It will not be a surprise if people can double their efficiency rate by doing this.
