Decompression method ***

Due to social and environmental pressures, we should find a way to decompress such pressures.  The best method is to exercise daily.

忙裡偷閑 ***

雖然工作是繁忙
加班也無補以事
既然如此要提醒
忙裡也都要偷閑


Take a break ***

Even you continuously work overtime, you still haven't been able to finish all the work.  In such a work environment, you have to remind yourself that no matter how busy you are, you should take a break from time to time.
