如果不适合自己，

千万免强捱下去，

否則痛苦是自己。

不適合不要勉強，

不喜歡不須假笑，

生活已經不容易，

何必再辛苦自己。

When things are not suitable to your likings, don't force them. When things are not your likings, don't have to fake a smile. Life in fact isn’t easy anymore, why bother to accept such sufferings.
