途中可欣賞風景

也算是健康運動

的確是值得一試

Cycling is a pleasurable exercise.  Enjoy the scenery while riding .  Such a healthy exercise is indeed worth a try. 


爬山 ***


爬山也可以減壓

試吓約埋兩三人

每星期爬山一次

會有意外的驚喜


Hiking.  ***


Mountain climbing can decompress stress.  Try to get together with two or three people to hike once a week.  There will be unexpected surprises.
