凡事從好處著想
切莫從壊處想像
這樣㑹產生恐懼
而造成坐立不安
Look at the bright side. ***
Always look at things at the bright side. Don’t look at the bad side of things otherwise it may create a sense of anxiety. Such anxiety may create an atmosphere whereby one feels uncomfortably depressed.
旅遊享吓福. ***
趁著身體還健康
行得走得又食得
不應整日躲在屋
郊外旅遊享吓福
Travel and enjoy. ***
While your body is healthy and able to walk and eat, don’t hide in the house all day. Go out and travel around. Such activities will be healthily enjoyable.
