早晨醒來要離床

讓自己放鬆全身
過個快樂的一天
A happy day. ***
When one wakes up in the morning, one must leave bed immediately. Then open
the window and breathe in some fresh air.
Such an action makes one feel relaxed and happy for the rest of the day.
