Perseverance has a good and a bad side. The good side of perseverance causes the development of patience and determination whereas the bad side can make one become blindly obsessed with a prejudgment resulting in being incapable to find the truth.

太固執有害無益
聽不懂别人意見

Too stubborn. ***
Being too stubborn can be harmful. Stubbornness can make one refuse to listen to other people's opinions resulting in causing troubles for both parties.
