犯錯找籍口  *** 犯錯先找個藉口 讓自己容易下台 這樣做法不明舉 始終會覺得後悔	To find excuses to hide Mistakes   *** People may have a temporary relief if they find excuses to cover their mistakes.   But this is wrong.  Ultimately they will regret doing so.
為自己辯護   *** 過分為自己辯護 可能會有反效果 帶來更多的壓力 讓自己活得更苦	To defend oneself   *** Overly defending oneself may be  counter productive and will eventually add more pressure making one's life more bitter.
