包容   *** 對人如果能包容 朋友間相處和諧 友情友誼㑹長久 同事合作會愉快	Be forgiving    *** If people can get along in harmony, their friendship will last forever.  Similarly, colleagues will work cooperatively and happily.
了解對方   *** 能做到了解對方 自然多一點包容 誤會跟著會減少 試問何來有爭吵	Understand each other   *** If people try to understand their opponent, they will be more forgiving.  Naturally there will be less misunderstanding, less disagreements and arguments.
